Welcome to our new commercial development, located in Westfield, IN, just north of 161st Street and Spring Mill Road.  The development opened in September 2020 and includes the new self-storage facility, Ameristor Self Storage, as well as the retail and office suites of Spring Mill Grand Station.

  The storage facility has climate control and non-climate self-storage units ranging in size from 5x5 to 12x35. The property has excellent security.  It is fenced and gated with keypads for easy entry. There are video cameras throughout the facility. All self-storage units use cylinder locks which cannot be cut by bolt cutters. The property is patrolled by Ameristor staff to ensure it is clean and secure.

  Spring Mill Grand Station offers office and retail suites.  The office suites range in size from 271 to 1080 square feet.  The office buildings are built with an attractive brick exterior providing our clients with an upscale, professional presentation.  These office suites are a perfect location for a dentist, broker, insurance agent, attorney, contractor or other independent business.  The retail suites are approximately 1610 square feet each and sit at the front of our property right on Spring Mill Road. They too are built with an attractive brick exterior, and a beautiful clock tower.
